Overview
Business Central Premium gives each licensed user full access to the complete application. That covers the Essentials areas — financial management, sales, purchasing, inventory, project accounting and supply chain — plus the two capabilities exclusive to Premium: service order management and manufacturing. Teams that plan production, run work orders or manage field service work in the same system that holds the ledgers.
The application runs in the cloud, so users sign in through a web browser on Windows or macOS, or use the mobile apps for iOS and Android. It connects to the Microsoft 365 tools your team already relies on, including editing records in Excel and acting on Business Central data inside Outlook and Teams. Microsoft manages the hosting and updates.
This is a subscription, licensed per named user. Each person who needs full access holds their own Premium licence, prepaid per user for a full 12-month term, and you add users as the business grows.

Activation
After checkout, we send your Business Central Premium subscription details to your inbox, along with the information needed to add it to your Microsoft tenant.
In the Microsoft 365 admin centre, an administrator assigns the Premium licence to each named user who needs full access.
The assigned user signs in with their Microsoft work account at businesscentral.dynamics.com and opens the company environment.

Yes. Every licence is a genuine Microsoft product, supplied through the authorized Microsoft CSP channel, with activation support if you ever need it.
