Customer Reviews Charter

Anyone who has used the product can post a review — our signed-in customers and visitors without an account alike. A review includes a rating from 1 to 5 stars, a title, a body, a display name, the date of your experience and, if you wish, up to four photos.

One rule applies: your review must reflect your own experience of the product. You remain the author of your review and of everything you publish in it.

The “Verified purchase” badge appears only on a review written by a signed-in customer whose paid or fulfilled order contains the exact product being reviewed. This is how we make sure those reviews come from real buyers.

Reviews posted without signing in, or by an account with no matching order, never receive this badge. We still publish them, but without the “Verified purchase” label.

Your review is published immediately, with no waiting period, once it passes automated anti-spam checks (Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection and submission rate limiting). It then remains subject to moderation after publication.

We may refuse or remove a review that is unlawful, offensive or abusive, off-topic, misleading or inauthentic (fake), that infringes a third party's rights, that contains a third party's personal data, or that is spam or advertising.

Once submitted, a review cannot be edited by its author; to correct or remove yours, email support@magicbly.com. When we refuse or remove a review, we tell its author and give the reason whenever we have a way to contact them.

We never pay for a review and offer no consideration of any kind — no discount, gift, benefit or otherwise — in exchange for posting one. No review is written, commissioned or filtered by us based on the rating it gives.

By default, reviews are shown newest first. You can re-sort them at any time — newest, oldest, highest rated, lowest rated — and a chronological order is always available.

Each review shows two dates: the date it was published and the date of the experience entered by its author.

Every review carries a free “Report” button, letting you flag it if you doubt its authenticity or find its content problematic. Our team reviews each report and removes the review when it breaches this charter.

We keep your review for as long as the product is listed for sale, then for up to three years after the review is removed or the product is delisted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

When you post a review, we publicly display your display name, a profile photo (your Google account photo if you are signed in) or an avatar made from your initials, the photos you added, your review text, your rating and the date of your experience.

We also process your IP address to fight spam and, if you post without an account, the optional email address you provide, used only to notify you if your review is removed. The data controller is MagicBly; the legal bases are our legitimate interest in offering genuine reviews and, for the optional email, your consent.
