Overview
Essentials replaces separate accounting, inventory, and sales tools with one connected system. You manage the general ledger, cash, banking, and budgets, handle quotes, orders, and invoicing, track purchasing and payables, and keep inventory, warehousing, and supply chain in view. Project management is included, so you can plan jobs and follow time and costs alongside the rest of the business.
Business Central runs in Microsoft's cloud, so there is no server to maintain. Your team signs in through a web browser on Windows or Mac, or through the mobile apps for iOS and Android, and everyone works from the same live company data. Microsoft handles the hosting, the security, and the twice-yearly feature updates, so no manual upgrades are needed.
Essentials covers the core ERP most small and mid-sized businesses need. If you run full manufacturing with production routings or a field-service operation, those modules belong to the separate Premium plan. Essentials stays focused on finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and projects.

Activation
After checkout, we email your Business Central Essentials subscription details and setup instructions to the address on your order.
In the Microsoft 365 admin centre, open Active users, select the person who needs access, and assign the Business Central Essentials licence to them.
The assigned user signs in with their Microsoft work account, and their Essentials entitlements load automatically on the first sign-in.
Follow the assisted setup guides to configure your company, chart of accounts, and users, then start entering data.

Yes. Every licence is a genuine Microsoft product, supplied through the authorized Microsoft CSP channel, with activation support if you ever need it.
