MagicBly sells exclusively 100% genuine software licences, delivered digitally by email. No physical goods are shipped: your licence key and installation instructions reach you within minutes of your payment being confirmed. This page explains our digital delivery terms, timeframes, what to do if your email does not arrive, as well as the accepted payment methods and how your transaction is secured.
100% digital delivery
Every product sold on magicbly.com is a digital software licence. No parcel or physical media (CD, DVD, USB drive) is shipped, and no postal delivery address is required.
Once your payment is confirmed, your licence key and the download and activation instructions are sent to you by email. This information is also available at any time in your customer account, under your orders.
Delivery time
Delivery is normally instant: the licence key is sent automatically by email within minutes of your payment being approved.
In rare cases (a security or anti-fraud check, or a payment awaiting bank confirmation), delivery may take a little longer, usually within a few hours. If a manual review is required, our team will let you know by email.
No shipping costs
Because delivery is entirely digital, no shipping or handling fees apply, regardless of your country of residence.
The price shown for each product is the final price of the licence. Your order total, including any applicable taxes where relevant, is shown clearly before you pay.
Order confirmation
As soon as your purchase is completed, you receive a confirmation email. It summarises your order and, depending on the case, contains your licence key directly or a link to access it in your customer account.
We recommend keeping this email and your licence key in a safe place, as you will need them for any installation, reinstallation or future support request.
Email not received: what to do
If you do not receive your delivery email within a few minutes of your purchase, first check your “junk”, “spam” or “promotions” folders, where the message may have been filed automatically.
Next, make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct. You can also sign in to your customer account: your key and instructions are available there as soon as your payment is confirmed.
If, after these checks, you still cannot find your delivery, contact us at support@magicbly.com quoting your order number. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the main payment cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — as well as payments via PayPal.
The currency and the total amount of your order are always shown before you confirm payment, with no hidden charges.
Payment security
All payments are processed securely over an encrypted SSL connection. Your card details are passed directly to our approved payment providers and are neither stored nor accessed by MagicBly.
Our payment providers apply industry security standards to protect every transaction and prevent fraudulent use.
Right of withdrawal
In line with EU consumer protection rules, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right may end once performance begins (download or activation of the licence) with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right.
