Returns and Refunds

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for the digital software licences purchased on magicbly.com. Because our products are licence keys delivered electronically, specific rules apply. Please read it carefully before completing your order.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders of digital products sold by MagicBly LLC, namely software licence keys (Microsoft, Adobe and other publishers) supplied exclusively in digital form.
All of our products are digital content delivered without a physical medium. No physical goods are shipped: your licence key and activation instructions are sent to you by email, usually within minutes of your payment being confirmed.
2. Right of withdrawal and change of mind
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
When you place your order, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and agree that the licence key be made available to you without delay. By ticking the dedicated box at checkout, you give your express consent to this commencement of performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the key has been revealed or the download or activation has begun.
As a result, a licence key whose code has been disclosed, or for which the download or activation process has started, is treated as fully performed digital content and is neither refundable nor exchangeable on the basis of a simple change of mind.
3. Faulty, invalid or non-activatable keys
We guarantee that every licence is genuine and activatable. If the key you received fails to activate, is invalid or proves to be defective, we will put it right at no cost: after verification, we will replace the key or, where no replacement is possible, issue a full refund.
To benefit from this guarantee, you have 14 days from delivery of the key to report the problem to us. We encourage you to test activation as soon as you receive your key so that we can act quickly.
This guarantee does not cover difficulties caused by incompatible hardware, an unsupported operating system, a user installation error, or a key you have already activated yourself on another device. Our free technical support remains available to help you resolve situations of this kind.
4. How to request a replacement or refund
To submit a request, email us at support@magicbly.com stating your order number, the product concerned and a clear description of the error you encountered (ideally with a screenshot of the activation message).
Our team handles every request as quickly as possible during our opening hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (US Mountain Time, MST). We may ask you to carry out a few simple checks to identify the cause of the problem before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
5. Refund method and processing time
Where a refund is granted, it is made to the payment method used for the purchase (bank card, PayPal or other original method). No refund can be paid to a different account or payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of confirmation. The time it takes for the funds to actually appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them in any way. Nothing in this document affects the mandatory rights granted to you under EU law and the national law of your country of residence in matters of consumer protection, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to defective digital content and services.
If digital content does not conform to the contract, you may exercise the remedies provided by law independently of the commercial guarantee described above.
