Download and activate Office 2024 in 5 steps

4. Activate with your key. When prompted to activate, enter the Office 2024 activation key (25 characters) from your email. You can also go through File → Account → Activate Product.
5. Confirm the activation. The message "Product activated" appears. That's it: Office 2024 is yours, for life, on this machine.

Activation won't start?

If Word or Excel doesn't immediately prompt you to enter the key:

• go to File → Account → Activate Product;
• check your internet connection (activation contacts Microsoft's servers);
• re-enter the key without spaces, keeping the hyphens.
